My people have perished for lack of knowledge. Hoshea 4:6a

In the context of this web site, “My people” are the Mennonite people, those people numbering in the hundreds of thousands who call themselves after the name of their founder, Menno Simons (1496-1561). Their “lack of knowledge” is not just in the basic knowledge of who they are, and what they are called to do, but a deep lack in comprehending what the Scriptures actually teach for correction, understanding and deliverance. For although their founder correctly understood that faith and practice must be based on the Scriptures, neither he or his followers were ever able to break free from the traditions of their time.

It is the goal of MennoniteIsrael.org that with proper knowledge will come the repentance of the Mennonite people from dead works to know and serve Yahuah, the Mighty One of Israel... moreover, that they will truly believe in their Messiah, who now sits at the right hand of our Father in heaven, and to whom has been given all power and authority to rule over the nations... and that they might come to know the “Messiah in you,” our hope of esteem (Colossians 1:17).

For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for Elohim, but not according to knowledge. (Romans 10:2)

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land (2 Chronicles 7:14, King James Version).
